This Bunnyville Jasmine Green Tea has a remarkable origin and production process

The base spirit used is Bunny's Palace Gin (Double Gold Medal No.1 at the 2017 SFWSC World Spirits Competition)

 

It is made with organic jasmine green tea leaves from Lentini Taiwan.

Besides the tea aroma, the spirit successfully combines complex flavors from 10 botanical ingredients.

 

The aromas of cardamom and juniper berries greet you first, and with the first sip, you can taste the distinct flavor of coriander seed.

The unique flavors from liquorice, almond, and cassia add depth to PALACE GIN itself, while the slight spiciness comes from the ginger.

 

In the finish, you'll notice the fresh citrus notes of lemon peel and orange peel, ending with the sweetness of pomelo filling your mouth - these familiar flavors will surely bring a knowing smile to your face.
