Liqueur - Plum 20% 700ml

The origin and variety of the plums determine the taste of plum liqueur.  We selected green plums from Xinyi Township, Nantou, Taiwan, to make the plum liqueur.  We used a nearly 100-year-old family recipe passed down from our grandmother. Following the recipe, we carefully selected plums that were round and close to 90% ripe. After washing, sun-drying, and blanching, the brewing process began.

The fresh, natural flavor of the plums perfectly combines with the spirit, balancing the sweetness, acidity, and the unique fragrance emitted by the plum pits.
