Bunnyville Honey Liqueur is brewed using orange blossom honey from Nantou. The orange blossom honey has a clear, light amber color, a smooth, silky texture, and is characterized by a subtle hint of orange zest. This honey was selected after years of research by the winemaker, who visited multiple beekeepers and validated its sweetness, moisture content, and purity. This variety of honey was chosen as the key ingredient for this honey liqueur.

Every year, during February and March, is the orange blossom flowering season, when beekeepers harvest the freshest honey. Honey production has been declining annually, making each drop of  honeyliqueur exceptionally pure and precious. With every sip of this sweet honey liqueur, not only tastes the richness and abundance of the land but also remembers to be grateful for everything the land provides.

Bunnyville Honey Liqueu  is honored to have won the Silver Medal at the 2017 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, a recognition that affirms the mead's exceptional flavor, as acknowledged by international tasters.
