Whisky Cask Strength - Plum Barrel Finish 51%-54%670ml

This cask-strength whisky undergoes a double maturation process. First, it ages in charred virgin American white oak barrels for over 7 years. Then it moves to casks seasoned with 5-year-old plum liqueur from Bunnyville Distillery. The plums were preserved using pure coarse salt to maintain their natural, rustic character. This process infuses the cask with intense fruity aromas, creating a harmonious blend of whisky and plum notes. The nose is distinctly plum-forward, while the palate reveals subtle wood and salt characteristics.
