This Rose Wine Barrel Finish Whisky is one of the distillery's proudest creations and undoubtedly one of our signature expressions. We begin by infusing fresh, toxin-free rose petals in gin to create a delicate rose liqueur. This rose liqueur is then aged in new American oak barrels for 120 days, after which single malt whisky is put in and allowed to mature further in the rose wine barrels for 90 days before being bottled.

The whisky hints at a rich and fragrant rose aroma, offering a captivating bouquet. However, its full flavor profile requires some time to unfold. We recommend pouring the whisky into a glass and allowing it to rest for about 20 minutes before drinking, for the best flavor experience.
