This whisky begins its journey in new American oak barrels, then moves into Port barrels, and finally rests in American Bourbon barrels. The unique subtropical climate of Taiwan influences its maturation, resulting in a whisky with exceptional depth and complexity. It opens with vibrant citrus notes, followed by a subtle smokiness from tobacco, all while the texture remains smooth and delicate. During maturation, the barrels are exposed to the resonating sound of Mozart's Piano Sonata K.448, which enhances the whisky??s smoothness and elevates its overall profile.
