A Special Collaboration with Taiwanese Contemporary Artist Kiki Lin

First, premium strawberries from Miaoli are fermented into a fruit wine, then aged in oak barrels to allow the barrels to fully absorb the natural fruit aromas and delicate sweetness of the strawberries. The strawberry wine is then poured out and re-aged with nearly nine-year-old single malt spirit.

Through this multi-layered process, the original woody character blends seamlessly with the sweet and sour berries, resulting in a smooth, delicate, and warm flavor profile, offering a unique drinking experience characteristic of Taiwan's terroir.

The short season, limited yield, and exceptional quality of strawberries in Taiwan make this creation even more precious. This collaboration with contemporary Taiwanese artist KiKi Lin transforms flavor and emotion into a visual language.
